This program is tailored to Chinese language students who are keen to learn Mandarin on their own schedule –classes can begin anytime that is convenient for the students and the students themselves can decide how long they would like to study and for how many hours a week. In addition, students can decide the location of the Chinese classes .
We have three options for our One-on-One program:
One-on-One with a college student. The students cannot get the equivalent credits through this Chinese learning program.
One-on-One with a new tutor who has a license and more than 6 months tutoring experience. The students cannot get the equivalent credits through this program.
One-on-One with a highly trained licensed tutor who has more than 3 years tutoring experience. The students may be rewarded the equivalent of one credit for every 15 hours of tutorial; however, students are advised to first have this pre-approved by their home university.
Subjects taught in class are especially tailored to the student’s own needs. Outside of learning hours, they are free to explore Kunming on their own, teach English to earn money, or to volunteer through a Minds Abroad program.
On successful completion of our program , students can obtain a certificate from Minds Abroad.
