Minds Abroad offers study abroad,
study exchange,
gap year and student travel programs in
China and India
to school groups and individual students. Because of the way our programs integrate our students into their
local community in their host country, we were recently recognized as a “Top 10 Program in Citizen
Diplomacy.” This award was conferred to us by the Center for
Citizen Diplomacy in partnership with the U.S. State Department.
Our study abroad programs
include:
-
Small class sizes (normally 2-4 students, with no
more than 7 students per class)
-
Classes taught exclusively by faculty in major
universities in the host country
-
Unique language exchange programs in China
-
Academic transfer credit
available
-
Free afternoon
volunteering
or
language exchange
-
Comfortable accommodations, meals included and 24/7
onsite support
In China, Minds Abroad is primarily based in Yunnan Province,
Lonely Planet’s top choice in China
and our programs all travel to Beijing
and Shanghai.
In India,
we are primarily based in Kolkata and Arunachal Pradesh and our
programs all travel to
Delhi.
Kolkata is India’s third largest city and is
considered a cultural hub of the nation.
Arunachal Pradesh, a state located in the
Himalayas, offers an untouched, pristine landscape,
fascinating tribal villages and Tibetan Buddhist monasteries.
