- To provide student loan program for US undergraduate students fully
enrolled at eligible institutions outside of the US All fields of study
- 1st Year Subsidized: $2,625 Sub & Unsub Combined: $2,625 2nd Year
Subsidized: $3,500 Sub & Unsub Combined: $3,500 3rd Yr & Up Subsidized:
$5,500 Sub & Unsub Combined: $5,500 Independent Undergraduates 1st Year
Subsidized: $2,625 Sub & Unsub Combined: $6,625 2nd Year Subsidized:
$3,500 Sub & Unsub Combined: $7,500 3rd Yr & Up Subsidized: $5,500 Sub &
Unsub Combined: $10,500 Interest rates are capped at 8.25%.
- 1.A US citizen or permanent resident and enrolled in an approved
college or university 2.At least 24 years old to qualify for
“independent” undergraduate status
- The Subsidized Loan is based on need. The Unsubsidized Loan is based
on the cost of education less other sources of financial aid and loans.
