Humanities and Humanities-Related Subjects
- Purpose of Scholarship: "To support full professor, associate
professor and assistant professor and the equivalent to undertake
research in all disciplines of the humanities and humanities-related
social sciences."
- Required Areas of Study: "Humanities and humanities-related
social sciences including anthropology, archaeology, art history,
economics, film, geography, history, languages and literatures, law,
linguistics, musicology, philosophy, political science, psychology,
religion, rhetoric and communication, and sociology, etc."
- Required Duration of Study: 6 to 12 consecutive months
- Value of Scholarship: "$50,000 for full Professor and the
equivalent; $40,000 for Associate Professor and the equivalent; $30,000
for Assistant Professor and the equivalent."
- Application Deadline: Late-September
- Number Awarded: Around 60
- Eligibility: "1. Have a Ph.D. degree 2. Be a U.S. citizen or
permanent resident
