If you plan to cancel your Chinese classes, you must notify us five business days before the date on which you plan to cancel (i.e. if you want to cancel classes in February, you would have to tell us by January 25th to meet this criteria).
- 0% for the remainder of the current month
- 25% of the amount for the next month
- 75% of the amount for the following month
- 100% for additional months
Using our example, if you were enrolled in any Chinese learning classes from January – April, and you informed us that you want to cancel your classes on or before January 25th, we would refund you:
- 25% for February
- 75% for March
- 100% for April
You can also give notice that you want to cancel your classes in the middle of the month before the actual month you are canceling (i.e. if you want to cancel classes in February, you would have to tell us by January 15th to meet this criteria). Our refund policy is:
- 0% for the remainder of the current month
- 25% of the amount for the next month
- 75% of the amount for the following month
- 100% for additional months
Using our example, if you were enrolled in classes from January – April, and you informed us that you want to cancel your classes on or before January 15th, we would refund you:
- 0% for the remainder of the current month
- 25% of the amount for the next month
- 75% of the amount for the following month
- 100% for additional months
To process the registration, students will have to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total program fee. In any event of cancellation of the program (prior to the beginning of the program or while the program is ongoing), the deposit will be retained in full.
