Kunming is one of the most important cities in southwest China. From here you can conveniently access most of China’s world-famous cultural sites. Kunming is famous for its relaxed pace of life, which to a great extent will help you learn Mandarin faster, as you can afford to spend some time with your local Chinese friends and successfully adapt to a multicultural experience.
