Payment Schedule
All applications are due two weeks before the start date of programs of
studying abroad in China. Late applications are accepted only with a late application fee
of US $48 which is not refundable and the deadline for late applications
is rolling (inquire for more details).
A deposit of 25% of the program’s total is due before the end
of the application deadline. Remember that housing and program
availability are based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

For our Chinese
language programs, you can either pay your tuition fees in full before
the start of the program or pay at the beginning of each month. There
are discounts for paying the full program price in advance. Please see
details below:
We allow 1% discount each month in
advance of your program commencement. You can avail this discount
by paying the full program fees up to 12 months in advance. Please
see details below to understand better:
1 month in advance, 1% discount. There are
no discounts if you pay after the 30 days ( 1 month ) advance
period. However please remember that the full program fees are
due 2 weeks in advance of your starting date.
You also have the
option to pay month by
month. So the full amount for a particular month is due in the
beginning of that month. For example if you are staying for 3
months, they can just pay the first month at first.
Payments can be paid with personal check and bank transfer.
Registration fee for internship is $285 and is due at the time of
initial registration. For volunteering there is a fully
refundable registration fee of $285 for OECD nationals
(list of OCED countries), while
applicants from all other countries will have to pay an $85 deposit.
This deposit is also due at the time of initial registration.
If you plan to
cancel your Chinese
classes, you
must notify us five business days before the date on which you
plan to cancel (i.e. if you want to cancel classes in February,
you would have to tell us by January 25th to meet this criteria).
Our refund policy is:

Using our example, if you were enrolled in any
Chinese learning
classes from January – April, and you informed us that you want to
cancel your classes on or before January 25th, we would:

classes in the middle of the month before the actual month you are
canceling (i.e. if you want to cancel classes in February, you would
have to tell us by January 15th to meet this criteria). Our refund
